Desiccated coconut
Butter
Caster sugar
Dark brown sugar
Eggs
Milk
Vanilla essence
Plain flour, sifted

Method :
- Preheat the oven to 200oC/400oF/Gas

- Spread the oats and coconut on a
baking sheet. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Beat in the eggs, milk and vanilla.
- Fold in the dry ingredients.
- Add the oats and coconut.
- Drop spoonful of mixture on two
greased baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
