Butter or margarine
Clear honey
Medium oatmeal
Chopped ready-to-eat dried apricots
Banana chips
Dried coconut shreds
Cornflakes |
Method :
- Place the butter or margarine and
honey in a small pan and warm over a low heat, stirring until well
blended.
- Add the oatmeal, apricots, banana
chips, coconut and cornflakes or crispy cereal. Mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into 12 paper cases,
pilling it up roughly.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and chill
until set and firm.
