Coconut Macaroons Recipe

Plain flour
Salt
Desiccated coconut
Sweetened condensed milk
Vanilla essence |
Method :
- Preheat the oven to 180oC/350oF/Gas

- Grease two baking sheets.
- Sift plain flour and salt into a bowl,
then stir in desiccated coconut.
- Pour in sweetened condensed milk. Add
vanilla essence, stir from the centre to a thick mixture.
- Drop the table spoonful of the mixture
2.5 cm/1 inch apart on the baking sheets.
- Bake until golden brown, for about 20
minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
