Plain flour
Bicarbonate of soda
Chopped walnuts |
Method :
- Preheat the oven to 190oC/375oF/Gas
5. Grease two baking sheets.
- Cream butter, sugar and vanilla
essence.
- Beat the eggs and add in milk.
- Sift the plain flour with the
bicarbonate of soda.
- Stir in the chopped walnuts. Chill for
15 minutes then roll into balls.
- Roll the balls in the sugar and
cinnamon mixture.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then cool on a
wire rack.
