Cinnamon Coated Cookies Recipe

Bicarbonate of soda

Chopped walnuts

Method :
  • Preheat the oven to 190oC/375oF/Gas 5. Grease two baking sheets.
  • Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence.
  • Beat the eggs and add in milk.
  • Sift the plain flour with the bicarbonate of soda.
  • Stir in the chopped walnuts. Chill for 15 minutes then roll into balls.
  • Roll the balls in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then cool on a wire rack.
