Chewy Chocolate Biscuits Recipe

Chopped walnuts

Method :
- Preheat the oven to 180oC/350oF/Gas

- Line two baking sheets with
greaseproof paper and grease.
- Using an electric mixer, beat egg
whites until frothy.
- Sift over icing sugar and coffee.
- Add water, beat on low speed to blend,
then on high until thick.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Place generous spoonfuls of the
mixture 2.5cm apart on the sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
